In the last financial year I paid off my TSL, I have since noticed the account is now in credit as there has been credits going in saying " Loan reversed for Trade Support Loan in MAR2018" for example. Does this mean there was errors over the period of the loan and this money is owed back to me? I can't find any contact info for who to call and can't get through to the standard [removed by moderator] number.

Hi @joinmas,

If you've paid out your TSL and the account is in credit, you can request a refund of the amount. You may need to speak with us directly to request this. We've answered a similar post on our forum, you can view our response from here.
