I am trying to verify my ID documents for the mygovID app but every ID document is unsuccessful. I have tried deleting app, going into the settings (it will not let me select settings) and have tried verifying different ID's. I have tried calling but the message said they aren't taking any calls - can someone please help as I need to apply for a director's ID asap.

We need a bit more information to determine whats going on.
Are you getting any error codes? What documents are you having trouble with and is it possible you've verified them against a different email address?
In the meantime you can try applying for your director ID a different way until this is sorted.
