We don't handle the Tourist Refund Scheme (TRS) here at the ATO - the Australian Border Force does. This means we may not be able to give you an accurate answer to this. I had a read through their page on the TRS and it sounds like you should be able to. I'd recommend having a read through the TRS page to double check. Hopefully it can clarify it for you, but I would direct any questions to the Australian Border Force.
