I have been contributing to my personal investment linked AMP super fund for twenty years with after tax dollars. Each fortnight I have transferred money into the account. However I did not claim this during my annual tax return submissions. Did know I could. Can I claim it all now? About $24,000.

Maybe for the 2022 contribution - if you have not lodged your 2022 tax return already.

If 2022 tax return has been lodged, then it is too late.

You need to lodge the Notice of Intent to Claim form with the fund before your tax return is lodged - then get the confirmation letter from the fund in order to claim the deduction on your tax return.
