I have been endeavouring to log in through mygovid to the Company's BAS and superannuation payment. However when I log in through mygovid it is taking me to my personal mygov account instead of linking to the business portal. I have checked that my identity strength is strong. I have also checked that everything is linked with RAMS. Neither my log in nor my husband's is working. I had to re-import all the information in the MyGovId App on my phone as I have a new phone. However my husband still has his existing phone and is identity strength is also strong. Any help would be appreciated.

Hey @DonnaAW,


We're sorry you're having issues accessing online services. You can try some basic troubleshooting like:


  • clear the cache and cookies
  • try using a different browser

You can also try accessing the online service for business via our website instead of through the app. On a separate device to where your MyGovID app is go to our website, then on the front page in the box that says login as drop the arrow box down and select business and then select login. From here you'll follow the prompts of logging in using your MyGovID, a code will then pop up on your screen that you'll need to input into your app. once you've done this you'll then be redirected to online service for business.
