Hi @Jay_jum

If you hire more employees they can complete their TFN declaration online via their myGov account that's linked to our online services. You can check out our website about how to access your TFN declaration online.

Hiya @Jay_jum

You mention that you've "already done STP reporting", but which phase: initial phase or STP Phase 2?

The difference is that in the initial phase you had to send BOTH the TFN Declaration and the STP Pay Event to the ATO. However, in STP Phase 2, you need only send in the STP Pay Event, as it includes the key data ATO need. The excellent ATO STP2 Employer Guidance has an explicit statement about that.

If you reported using the initial STP Pay Event, you must ALSO send in the TFN Declaration separately.

Hello Deanne,

I only got the STP 1 I don't know about STP 2 yet and there's no STP 2 on my system. I am now sending the tfn declaration in the post office now. I am very new to this thing my accountant always busy and charge me whenever I have an inquiry. I am trying to figure out on my own but really need some advise..
