In finding impossible to login into the new myGov app (blue icon). Whether I login with username and password (with text code two factor authentication) or through the myGovID app, it ends up saying

"Login Failed - Failed to create your login session. ERR CODE: A077"


I've tried several times at different times if the day, no luck.

Hi @liongalahad,


Sorry to hear you're running into issues logging into the myGov app. I'd recommend possibly:

  • Making sure the app is up to date and your device is too
  • Deleting the app and reinstalling it
  • Trying a different internet connection (WiFi or Mobile Data)

Unfortuantely, we don't manage that app so we may not be able to provide a full solution here. I'd recommend contacting the myGov helpdesk if the above troubleshooting doesn't solve the issue.

I too am having this same issue. It doesn't matter what type of internet connection I try, I've deleted and reinstalled, even reset my phone. This error keeps happening.
