I have recently finished my 4 year apprenticeship. I took out the Trade Support Loan.
I would like to pay back the loan amount less my 20% discount for completing my apprenticheship, but how do I get the discount applied to my loan.
MyGov list me owing the full amount.
I can't get throughto ATO on the phone to ask.

Congratulations on completing your Apprenticeship. :)
In regard to having the 20% deduction applied to your TSL, the Australian Apprenticeship support network would need to advise us you've successfully completed your course. You'd then have your TSL loan credited the 20%. If this has not occurred, we'd recommend getting in contact with your Australian support network provider or Australian Apprenticeship support network directly.
