I have been applied for ABN on 27 Feb. But still have not received my ABN ! My application is still pending and I have application reference number as well. what should I do. how long does it take to get my ABN number ?

When you get a reference number it usually means that some details in your application need to be checked. The service standard for these applications is 20 business days.
You can check ABN Lookup at any time to see if your ABN has been successfully processed. If your application is processed successfully, a letter confirming your ABN will be sent within 14 days.

Don't be fooled. "Service standards" are just vague targets, and are frequently exceeded.
Some interactions with ATO can be finalised quickly (eg some automated processes). Whenever an interaction requires intervention by a human at ATO, it inevitably takes much longer.
