Hi Everyone,

I have a client who would like to claim the expenses on installation of temporary fencing on a vacant land in the cost case on the calculation of Capital Gains Tax and I am not sure whether it is allowed to do so under tax legislation. Does anyone have any suggestion?

Temp fencing would be add to the cost base as a holding cost - like rates.
