Hi there, I have been checking for the latest copy of the ATO downloadable Tax File Number Declaration form and can see that they are no longer available.
Is everyone else aware that NAT 3092 is no longer valid and has not been replaced by another form or am I misreading this?

The tax file number declaration form is no longer listed as a downloadable pdf, as most businesses have transitioned to electronic services for this lodgement. However if you are still looking to obtain a physical copy it can be obtained by following one of the option on the how to get one NAT 3092 information page.

I am wondering if he previous version of Tax File Number is acceptable as our payroll still use the previous version of TFN declaration form. If the old version of form is used, if the wet signature is still required?

You should be using the current version of the Tax File Number. As there could be differences between the previous version to the current version.
