If your turnover consists of 100% GST free income but your turnover is over 75K.


Are you still required to register for GST?

Hello @Penguin,


That is correct. The GST turnover calculation is based on your business income minus a few different types of income. You will need to add up the types of income you receive, subtract the ones that don't count towards the turnover and then you will have the figure you will use to work if you are over the threshold. You can check out the registering for GST page for the detailed explanation of working out GST turnover.
