Call the individuals line, they can give you a breakdown of the amounts and providers.
They can also send you a statement of account back to when your first loan amount was added.

We have different lines depending on whether it's for individual or business purposes etc. If you refer to the link it states what type of enquiries are covered on the individuals line.
Otherwise, is there something we can assist you on here as long as its general advice?
