I am sorry that you have not been able to get through the phone lines.
When it comes to RAM, are you trying to link your own business or are you being authorised as an employee?
If when you log in to RAM and it asks for an authorisation code as the only option. This usually means your myGovID is currently at a basic identity strength. This happens when you uninstall and reinstall the app. If you can re-create the myGovID as you have originally. You can then login to RAM after and this will then show all the options in RAM.
You will only get an authorisation code if someone else has added you to their business or if we have assisted with linking your business. If you are trying to link yourself, you may still require us to assist you in linking if it's your business. You need to have a strong identity strength to link yourself.
