I have been attempting to contact ATO for several days, only to receive a consistent message about your volume of calls.
This is the 2nd time I've lost the link between my ATO and MyGov though have tried to link several times.
I keep getting an error code.
Not sure what to do really apart from waiting for a demand letter. This is ridiculous and highly unprofessional.
Maybe you have an idea of what to do, but I can't spend hours waiting to take a call.
