I have been trying to call the ATO contact center for months, however it is always busy and ends my call after going through an automated voice answering service. Help please!

Thank you so much! I would like to discuss a debt. I am unable to talk to anyone and I’m accruing interest monthly. Is there a more private way to discuss this? Thanks again

We can't discuss this privately unfortunately but if by interest you mean general interest then you can read more on our website. When you have a debt GIC is calculated daily on the outstanding amount until the debt is paid in full.
