After having to update the MyGovID app i cannot login to the Business Services portal to review my companies tax returns. On top of this i now cannot use the app as it is coming up with and error code of NWK000003 which is preventing me from logging out.

This error is an issue connecting to the backend of the system. It can be related to the internet connection on the device. The work around is to check your internet connection, close the app and try again later.
I would advise that after you check the internet connection to see if the app needs any updates as well. To make sure you are running the most recent version. Then turning the device off then back on. Sometimes there may be other things causing issues on the device. Turning the device completing off can sometimes fix that.
