I have made my payment on 30th of May 2023, but has not gone through to the system, but I have confirmed with my bank it has gone through today at 31st of May 2023, I need to make sure because It's a large sum and I want to avoid the indexation by 1st of June.

When you make voluntary payments it's important you allow enough time for processing. Unfortunately, it can take up to 4 business days. The likelihood of your payment showing on your account by today is slim.
The good news is, the payment you've recently made, will reduce the amount of indexation next year.
