I can't link ATO to MyGov, but I need that done to file my taxes because I don't know my Super info or income info.


As a recent immigrant who doesn't know that info, your verification system says it can't verify me and won't let me proceed; that I need to call instead.


Unfortunately, y'all never answer the phone. It just says "we are experiencing peak call volume and aren't talking calls at this time. byyyyeee"


Why have a call centre at all if you don't pick up? Ridiculous.

When you don’t have enough information to answer the questions specific to you, we can provide you with a linking code, while we’re speaking with you, we're not able to do this from our community page.


Generally, first thing in the morning 8am or latter in the day before 6pm have lower call volumes could you please try again in the suggested times.


If you receive a message for a call back, I encourage you to accept, we appreciate you’re busy to, your call remains in the queue as if you’re still on the line, when your call is next in the system, we’ll call you back.

March 2024 and you are STILL not answering your phones. I need a 2005 tax form sent out as I don't have a printer. I have complained to my Member of Parliament Alison Byrnes. This situation is outrageous.
