I can't link ATO to MyGov, but I need that done to file my taxes because I don't know my Super info or income info.
As a recent immigrant who doesn't know that info, your verification system says it can't verify me and won't let me proceed; that I need to call instead.
Unfortunately, y'all never answer the phone. It just says "we are experiencing peak call volume and aren't talking calls at this time. byyyyeee"
Why have a call centre at all if you don't pick up? Ridiculous.
