What should I do with mistake in TFN application?

I made a mistake in my TFN application, specifically I missed a letter in my passport. How can I fix it or I have to cancel my TFN application?

Hi @Mai Nguyen,

Once you have lodged your TFN application you cannot cancel or change the details.

You can update your details once we have processed the application and your TFN has been issued. It will be posted to your postal address.

If we have any issues with processing your TFN application, we will contact you for more information.
