I received notice of my tax assessment two weeks ago and nominated my bank account for EFT tax refund. However I have not received it. I tried calling the ATO for assistance and it keeps disconnecting me due to high call volumes. How can I contact the ATO?

Have you checked that you included the correct bank account details? We have some information about missing tax refunds on our website that can hopefully help you figure out where your refund has gone. If you need to speak to us, its best to try calling early in the morning, as we've been experiencing high volumes of calls lately. Sorry about that!
