I need to correct already finalised STP for a few expats we have for FY22 which includes foreign income and foreign tax amounts . How can I do this manually as our current payroll system won't allow for it.

Have you confirmed with your DSP for your payroll product that they offer NO SOLUTION for prior FY amendments?
If you have reported and finalised via STP, only an STP Pay Event Update to amend the prior FY income statement is possible.
If you confirm with your DSP first that they offer NO SOLUTION for prior FY updates, then you will have to contact the ATO to provide details of the amendments and inform them that your product doesn't offer that functionality.

Thanks for that. I have confirmed that our system can't do amendments via STP for prior FY. I have also called the 132866 ATO business line to get the lines are busy cand can't help at this time all day Friday last week and this morning. I desperately need to amend these for our expats this week. Any other avenue of advising the ATO manually ?
