Hi! I have not noticed that Private Health Insurance rebate has not been claimed by my Insurance company. I have not claimed it in Tax return for 5 years. How can I claim Private Health Insurance rebate for these years! Thanks a lot!

You need to amend the tax returns - 2 year window for amendment.
For returns that are past the 2 year period, you will need to use the ATO objection form and request ATO discretion to amend outside the statutory amendment period.
