I can't get on to Submit my BAS. It's saying I have insufficient access to get to the page. And that I should ring the 1 300 number - which I did, but it says to call back as they are too busy. Nothing has changed in my business circumstances so why can't I access it now? Very frustrating.

Hey @true123,


We're sorry you're having trouble accessing online services. It could be that your RAM access has expired. If you were manually linked by us before then the link will expire after 12 months, and you'll need to renew your link. E-mail reminders are sent out 28,14 and 7 days before your link is due to expire so let you know it's about to expire and for you to renew it to keep access.


If you don't renew it, then you'll need to be manually linked by us again. We understand it must be frustrating that the lines are busy, but we are experiencing high call volumes at the moment. The best time to contact us is 8am local time.

Same. My RAM access has expired although I DID NOT get a code to renew it. I have records of previous codes, just not current ones. So I cannot lodge and pay my BAS>


Access to a human is impossible. The phone lines just hang up on you, you cant even wait in line. It is ridiculous
