Have been steadily been working through roadblock after roadblock to get DirectorID (ie. maiden vs married name, Linking Codes, etc) and now get the following error: You do not have permissions to access the specified service.


When I call ABRS, they are not accepting calls due to high call volume. Not sure where to go from here?

We will need a little more information to be able to help you. What were you specifically doing when you got the error? Were you in a specific step of the application or were you trying to access a specific part of the service? This type of error comes up for a variety of reasons. The usual fixes are clearing your device browsers cache and cookies. Sometimes trying a different browser or checking to see if your browser is up to date has shown to help as well since we primarily support the current browser versions. See how you go with these.
