I have been trying to setup a payment plan on my tax debt and I cannot do it using the automated service so I get transferred to a customer service line but it automatically goes to an answering service which says they cannot take my call and to call back later. I keep trying and the same thing happens every time. What am I supposed to do if I can setup a payment arrangement online OR get through to anybody?
