Cannot access my linked ATO account through myGov. Another family does not have this problem.

Sorry to hear you're having trouble accessing our online services. With this error, it can usually be fixed by unlinking and relinking with us. You'll need to make sure you have the necessary information to link (https://www.ato.gov.au/General/Online-services/Online-services-for-individuals-and-sole-traders/ATO-online-services-and-myGov/Create-a-myGov-account-and-link-it-to-the-ATO/Information-you-need-to-link-myGov-to-the-ATO/) before you do.
