If I'm understanding this right, are you reimbursing your employee? If they're not registered for Australian GST then you wouldn't be paying them GST, if that makes sense. The GST they paid in other countries is for those countries and doesn't have anything to do with our system. Looking at your options you can reimburse them the total.
