I have investment which is maturing. It will have capital loss, but will also generate income. Can capital loss be offset against this income, or can it only be offset against future capital gains?

It's the latter, @pleifermann - the loss can only be used to offset a capital gain the same or a future financial year. You carry it forward year-on-year if you can't use it.
