What a great idea! I’ve never heard of a mute hold music feature before.
We like to communicate important messaging while people are on hold. Having said that, we always want to make sure our services cater to everyone and are accessible - your idea is definitely something to consider for those with noise sensitivity. Migraines are never fun either.
While we don't think there's a way to 'mute' the music, we thought it'd be worth letting you know we do have some alternative contact options for those with hearing or speech difficulties.
