To Whom It May Concern,


Hi, I recently paid off my HECS loan via a manual transfer.


Then I forgot about the automatic scheduled payment via Bpay from my bank acccount, and it went through this morning about an hour ago.


It was meant to be used for my first home deposit, so I need it back ASAP.


I contacted the bank, and they cannot revert the transaction. How do I proceed?
