I tried to request for my refunds and any time I request it shows ‘Fix the following errors, I tried to contact ATO support but i was put on hold no response, please someone should help me, am having many financial problems, please help me out ATO support

Do you have bank account details listed against the account you're requesting the refund from?
What is the error it's highlighting that needs to be fixed?
My bank account details isn’t listed, I even try to update my financial institution just to confirm everything is correct and matched, no error is highlighted after I click done to request for my refund it will show fix the following error, I can show you screenshot if needed, please help me out, am dying of financial problems
