I'm a sole trader and I've received PLP directly from centrelink in the financial year that is about to end. Will the PLP that was paid as well as the taxes withheld be automatically reported / ingested into my tax return form?

Is that paid parental leave? Centrelink payments normally do pre-fill but not all payments do. You'd need to keep checking if the pre-fill info is available otherwise they can give you the info you need to enter it into your return manually.
