- My accountant told me around 6 or 7 years ago that I had repaid all my student debt. Now suddenly I have a debt of over $30,000 for Student Financial Supplement Scheme (SFSS). My income has been above the repayment threshold for 20 years. This makes no sense to me. I suspect identity theft.

Are you sure it’s SFSS debt? Those loans stopped being paid out back in 2003.
Seems to be a loan from Centrelink. Perhaps start with them and see why there is a debt that was sent to the ATO?
