Hi @I-TING,
Group certificates are now known as income statements or payment summaries.
If your employer uses Single Touch Payroll (STP) - this info will come straight to us as an income statement and pre-fill in your tax return so you don't have to enter the info into myTax yourself.
If your employer doesn't use STP, they will provide you with a payment summary.
Have a chat to your employer and find out how they do it.

My employer said they don't provide income statement. Please tell me other. Way to get the income statement. May be paperform. Please tell me how can I provide my email address and other details like my tfn to get my income statement.

Your employer would be able to provide the income statement or what they may know as a payment summary. You can also find the summary on your MyGov account, in the ATO portal under the employment tab. If those aren't available to you, you can speak with us, and we can provide the details over the phone to you.
