in the section Business/sole trader, partnership and trust income (including loss details). I put the amount of $ I made as a business, but this is classified as PSI and I selected the ox saying "yes this is PSI" But there is also a section in that section to put your PSI income... and If I do, it then doubles the income because you have listed your "PSI" and your "business" income, but its the same.

So if you just leave it as business income, which it, as a sole trader, and classed as PSI, does that mean I can claim the Small Business Tax Offset?

Hi @Vanzer

If this is listed as Sole Trader income, then yes, you may be eligible to claim the Small Business Tax Offset.

I would make sure that you have checked your Eligibility, and used the calculator to see how much of the offset you are entitled to.
