We are NGO and on 15.03.23, we processed one of the exited employee's final payroll and reported to the ATO. The ATO accepted. When we have processed the EOFY finalisation 2023, the gross pay and tax are not reflected under the summary of payments. Please advise how to fix it.

What online platform are you referring to? If it's the STP software, you're referring to. Then you will need to speak to the software provider.
