During the genuine redundancy processed in company, we have paid super on the notice in lieu payment. Do we also need to pay super on redundancy pay which is on top of the notice in lieu? Thanks.

No, @RachelQ, PILON (payment in lieu of notice) is the ONLY component that is superable. The severance component is not OTE as per the SGR 2009/2 P74.
