Unfortunately, we can't give a specific timeframe when it will be processed. Information pending usually means that we're checking information you've provided on your tax return. There could be a few things we're checking and why there may be a delay.
For example:
- whether you have a debt with us
- we could be checking information with other government agencies
- bank details
- confirming amounts with your employer
If we need more information from you, we will contact you. In the mean time you can continue to check the progress of your return via online services.

Im exact same as you did yours say cancelled on ato app too?
i did mine on the 2nd of july too, has your got a estimate date?
just Went on the app now it says estimate issue date august 1st for me now says they need extra time
