Hi, I have to link my abn to be able to change the information.

If I try to log in with email and password, the system says it will send me a code via email but I don't receive any email.


If instead I try to link the abn with the identity of MyGOVID, it tells me that I don't have the identity strength.


The questions are these:

1. How can I link my abn?

2. How can I strengthen my MyGOVID identity? I am a Working Holiday visa and have entered WHV visa, Australian driving licence, passport. But it doesn't reinforce my identity. How can I do?

Hello there @RobertoM,


Sorry to hear you are having trouble with this. If you are trying to update personal information you can use Mygov.


If you are trying to update ABN details you need to link your MygovID to the ABN. You will not receive a code by e-mail unless you have a strong identity strength. You may not have reached a strong identity strength if you have not verified your photo on your passport.


If you do have a strong identity strength, make sure you're logging into RAM with your MygovID. Follow the steps to link your business. If you are not getting the code, check your junk folder or even try a different e-mail address.


If you cannot link this way you will need to look at other ways to link your business.
