I'm trying to link the ATO online services to MyGov in order to file my tax return for the last financial year. But after verifying my online identity through the MyGovID app I'm still sat under 'Standard' identity strength with my only option to increase this security is to upload my Australian passport. I am from the UK so obviously don't have an Australian passport in order to boost my security and link the service. Very confused on where to go from here, is there someone I can call to verify my identity using my British passport or is there another way to lodge my tax return. Thank you for any help!!
FYI I am currently on a working holiday visa (Subclass 417) and recently obtained my 820 visa through my Australian girlfriend as a sponsor.
