Hi, this is the first time I lodge a tax return, can I lodge a tax return without a TFN? Because I only receive dividend / bond interest / bank interest and did not work during the year.

You don’t have to have a TFN, but without one, your bank must withhold more tax from payments they make to you.
You can lodge a tax return without a TFN. You'll need to complete a paper form and write on the front you don't have a TFN.
