ATO request to phone them to give records to substantiate my tax amandement. I tried so many times to call but unable to get through. The line always busy and I tried early morning and late afternoon too. I need to phone them before 7 August but I still cannot get through them until now. I dont have so many time to phone ATO every single day. How can I contact them? Or how can I give them my records to my claim?
