I am overseas working and can't access the mygov website. I called the helpdesk, my call drops out, I have wasted MORE THAN 1 HOUR WAITING ON HOLD AND MY CALL DROPPED OUT TWICE!!!!! I HAVE TO PAY A SMALL FORTUNE TO CALL FROM OVERSEAS
The amazon Cloudfront server seems to be using "geolocation" toblock me from logging in from where I live and work in China.
As a diagnostic test, I used a free "internet proxy server" to hide my IP address, the mygov page will load on my computer perfectly, but I have not "logged in" to my account through the proxy because it is not secure and I don't want anyone to know my credentials.
This appears to be a configuration error on the mygov server.
I have received an email telling me that I have an email waiting in my MyGov inbox (it is my tax bill) - but I can't log in. You sanctimonious windbags will charge me penalty interest for not paying my tax on time WHAT AM I SUPPOSED TO DO!!!
