I have a CAD file that is now being used to create a product by another business.
The business has agreed to pay a royalty for each product sold, up to an amount.
I am not a business and I am not advertising or selling anything, but I have supplied an IP to another business.
What is best practice for declaring this income and can it be done without and ABN?
