I held a PR visa and worked in Australia for over 4 years. 6 months of this I had a working holiday visa. I left Australia almost ten years ago and will not [edited by moderator] be returning. Is it possible for me to access my Superannuation?

No, you're not eligible to claim your super as a departing Australia superannuation payment (DASP). The DASP is only available to people who worked in Australia on a temporary resident visa, not a permanent resident visa.
Since you held a permanent resident (PR) visa for most of your time working in Australia, you don't meet the DASP eligibility requirements. Former temporary residents who became permanent residents of Australia are not eligible to claim DASP from their super fund.
Your super remains in your fund as retirement savings. Generally, you can only access your super when you reach your preservation age (between 55 and 60, depending on your date of birth) and retire. There are limited circumstances for early access, such as severe financial hardship or specific medical conditions, but leaving Australia permanently isn't one of them.
