I have received an advising that our business data doesn't match what the ATO has in regards to employee super. When filling out the SGC forms, if the employee HAS been paid, how do I put this in the spreadsheet?

When you say "paid the employee" do you mean you paid the super guarantee contributions to the employee’s chosen super fund by the due date? Then include that evidence. If you paid late, then complete that section, as per the ATO guidance.
