Quick questions:


1) Does ATO only chase the super guarantee (SG) part of my super?

2) Which authority/office can chase the salary sacrifice part for me? It's unfair that I've lost all the interests from my supposed contribution.

3) Shouldn't they pay penalties for missed payments for up to 2 years?
