A person purchased a house of 900 sqm and rents it out for 2 years. Later on , the house was required to be demolished as it was very old. The owner demolished the house, subdivided the land and sold 2 lots and kept one lot for herself. Is GST applicable to sale of 2 lots ?

Also, what are gst/cap gain implications for retained lot ?
