Hi everyone and ATO team,


I’m currently experiencing an issue with my ATO account. I’m trying to check whether my tax payment has already been processed, but I’m unable to link myGov to the ATO. When I enter my bank account details, it says they do not match the ATO records.


I’m unsure why this is happening. I tried calling 132 861, but I was only able to reach the automated system, which didn’t resolve my issue.


Could you please advise if there’s a way to speak directly with a representative who can assist me with this more efficiently?
